By placing an order with Dapper Dearest Boutique all customers are responsible for covering a return shipping label. All returns must submit a claim within 7 days of arrival to Shop@dapperdearest.com. Please send tracking number, order number and a reason for return (additional information may be required). If an item is DAMAGED, please provide pictures with your email within 24 hours of delivery and a representative will respond to you promptly with any further information needed to process the claim. If a refund is due please be advised that we will not be reimbursing for the shipping fee but only for the items purchased. Accessories, undergarment (lingerie), clearance and sales items are final sale and cannot be refunded. All orders that use a discount of 25% are not eligible for refunds or returns. For all refunds (10% restock fee will be deducted) unless an exchange is chosen
DELIVERED BUT NO ARRIVAL
All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your address that was provided at checkout but you did not receive your package, please contact the mail carrier per your tracking information first. Dapper Dearest cannot be held responsible for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
